| Steve Tyink - Attach Design Founder
Steve Tyink is widely known for creating and sustaining relationship-driven, emotionally connected, customer-centered organizations in multiple industries. As founder of Attach, LLC, Steve is committed to connecting customers, employees, managers, and the community while embracing the revolutionary strategy of Customer Attachment. Steve has developed a groundbreaking approach aligning organizational design elements to the actual behaviors and outcomes of the experience. Attach identifies performance-gap behaviors and eliminates them. Steve has achieved nationwide success developing the attach21 imprint and 40 attach tools. |

| Steve served as Vice President of Saturn Operations and Guest Experience for the Bergstrom Corporation, the largest provider of automotive sales and service in Wisconsin. During that time, Bergstrom was honored as Wisconsin’s #1 Service Business of the Year and recently as Time magazine’s “U.S. Dealer of the Year.” Steve has put his revolutionary customer attachment philosophies successfully into practice, winning multiple awards. In 2006, the seven Saturn retail facilities Steve lead were ranked first among the 443 Saturn facilities in the U.S. In 2004 and again in 2005, these facilities were named Saturn’s “Dealer of the Year.” In addition to the automotive business, Steve served as a senior leader in the hospitality and golf industries and was selected by President William J. Clinton to represent the hospitality industry on the Employment of People with Disabilities Committee in Washington, D.C.
